Jacket Deposit 2025
Hello!
This none refundable deposit secures your booking for the months discussed - this is usually 3 months before your wedding, with the aim of having your jacket with you at least 2 weeks before your wedding - unless we have discussed otherwise - sometimes I do ask for a jacket slightly earlier at busier times of the year.
The deposit will be deducted from your final balance, which will be due once a design has been given the go ahead.
The process:
- More often than I am taking bookings before your quite sure what it is you want on your jacket - don’t worry, you don’t need to figure that all out now! I will need to know before your booked slot though! And please do feel free to send me all the photos, and inspiration you want - anything like that can be emailed to lottie@paperinkalchemy.co.uk at any time.
- I am unable to give you a final quote until we know whats going on there but for guide my price list can be found here - https://www.paperinkalchemy.co.uk/jackets along with my jacket gallery for ideas! Most designs come in at the low end of those guides with only the weird and wonderful (love that!) coming in any higher. But you are always welcome to give me a budget to work to!
- Once I have received your jacket I will create some digital mock designs for you - I wait until I have the jacket so I can work around any seams or details.
How many mock designs you receive will depend on how solid your design brief is, eg. if you want a horseshoe shape with sunflowers and cornflowers you may only receive one or two mock designs, however with a more open brief like just a flower list you may receive up to 5 mock designs, no matter how many you receive you don’t have to pick 1 design you can pick and mix bits and pieces from all of them.
