Terms & Conditions for Custom Wedding Shoe Order
1. Custom Nature of the Order
This is a bespoke, made-to-order item. Once the design and purchase are confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Payment & Order Confirmation
Full payment of £150 is required to confirm your order. This includes: embroidery £75 per pair including shipping
Work will not begin until payment is received in full.
3. Timeline & Delivery
Shipping date - 1 week after receipt of shoes.
Shipping via royal mail next day delivery.
4. Artwork & Design
The design will feature hand embroidered lettering as specified. Placement will be discussed beforehand, and a digital mock up for placement sent - final positioning will be based on the shoe structure and best visual fit.
Unless otherwise requested, modern calligraphy will be used.
Please confirm your preferred text colour and any specific design requests before painting begins.
5. Materials & Limitations
The customisation will be created using colour fast embroidery thread. However, due to the nature of hand-painted designs, we recommend avoiding excessive abrasion, soaking, or machine washing.
6. Returns & Refunds
As this is a personalised product, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the unlikely case of damage during transit or a mistake on our part. If there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
7. Shipping
Shipping is included within the UK. If you require international delivery, please contact me prior to purchasing for a quote and timeline.
